๐Ÿ”บAll the standing poses that strengthen the legs and ability to ground. Standing balancing poses to regulate this chakra include Warrior I, Warrior II, Tree Pose, and Chair Pose. Seated postures relate to grounding as well. Also, stretching the back of the legs is helpful with Standing Forward Bend and Head-to-Knee Pose.
