Every human on earth has something to be grateful for - whether it be their family, the upbringing, a set of friends or even the material possessions we own. Awareness of nature's role in what we achieve during our career or personal life gives us a different perspective.


Gratitude isn't just a theoretical concept, it's a habit that must be practiced. Prayer is one way to do so, respect for fellow living beings is another. Genuine humility is also sign of gratitude.


Next time we hear something that calls for celebration, might be worth taking a minute out to be grateful for it first. Nature has a habit of giving more opportunities to express gratitude.
