The throat chakra is all about speaking your truth, effectively communicating your needs, and expressing yourself.

The Throat Chakra is not how you communicate, but what you communicate. The "whatโ€ is your truth, your deepest wisdom and the โ€œhowโ€ is your channel for sharing your truth. It's the path of communication between the lower chakras(Muladhara, Svadhisthana, Manipura, Anahata) and higher chakras(Ajna, Sahasara) or in other words, the highway between individual and the universal.

P.S: - To learn other chakras, plz see our previous posts under "Sukh Jyot" category.
